Partial Scholarship Application for participation in the 2026 Cultural Immersion Retreat for Educators
2 partial scholarships (of $300) are available for our 2026 summer retreat.
To take advantage of the scholarship, but still reserve your seat, here is
what you need to do:
1. Lock in your seat by purchasing it through the payment plan option
at: https://togetherlanguage.thrivecart.com/mexico/.
2. Complete the application below no later than end of day Friday, Sept. 5.
3. You will receive an email notification no later than end of day Monday,
Sept. 8 if you have been selected for the scholarship.
4. If you are selected, you will need to accept the scholarship by signing an
agreement to fulfill the terms of participation by end of day Wednesday,
Sept. 10.
5. Once you sign the agreement, you will be issued a refund of $300 on
Thursday, Sept. 11. (Note that it may take 3-7 business days for the refund to
show up in your account).
6. If you are not selected for the scholarship and you wish to then withdraw
your place on the retreat, you will need to request a refund within 7 days of
your initial purchase by emailing [email protected] with the
subject line "retreat refund request".
