Starting from scratch?
1. We schedule the first call. Together, we define your objectives, outline the session, and discuss any other tips for making your session as strong as possible.
2. You work on your session.
You implement your notes from our time together, until you have a workable draft, which you send to me.
3. We have our second call.
You practice up to three of the most important portions of your session, and get realtime feedback on your delivery so that when you do the real thing ... you nail it.

Have a session started already?
1. Send me everything you have so far. I review all your materials, and make detailed notes with feedback for making the session as effective as possible.
2. We schedule our first call.
On our call, we discuss my feedback on your session. Then, on your own time, you can make revisions to your slide deck, facilitator plan, and/or participant notes.
3. We have our second call.
You practice up to three of the most important portions of your session, and get realtime feedback on your delivery so when you do the real thing ... you nail it.
