DETAILS REGARDING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN 2026:

Dates for the five virtual sessions in preparation for our immersion experience are:
- Wed. January 14, 4:30-5:30 CST (virtual)
- Wed. February 11, 4:30-5:30 CST (virtual)
- Wed. March 11, 4:30-5:30 CST (virtual)
- Wed. April 8, 4:30-5:30 CST (virtual)
- Wed. April 29, 4:30-5:30 CST (virtual)
- All PD sessions will include pre-work that will be shared at least two weeks prior
Dates and times for the two implementation sessions upon our return are TBD, but will likely take place in August-September of 2026.
Your one-on-one coaching session with Anne can be scheduled at any time in 2026.

FLIGHTS:

Choose a flight that arrives to Cabo San Lucas, or Los Cabos International Airport
ARRIVAL TIME: Try to arrive between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM on June 4, but definitely no later than 2:00 PM. Arriving after 2:00 will cause you to miss the van ride to La Paz.
DEPARTURE TIME: Purchase a return flight that departs at 1:00 PM or after on June 8. It is important to allow enough time for our 2.5 hour drive to the airport, plus your standard check-in window. If you book something departing before 1:00, it is likely you will miss your flight ... and we don't want that!
Getting the best prices:
- I recommend tracking flight prices on Google Flights and setting up email alerts. I'll show you how below.
- That said, it is hard to know when to just pull the trigger and buy, even when you are tracking. For a solution there, I recommend using ChatGPT. I would put in a prompt like this, "I live in [City, State]. I am traveling to the Los Cabos International airport, roundtrip, June 4-June 8 2026. I want to get a nonstop flight at the most cost-efficient price. What is the optimal time of year to buy my tickets for the best prices?"
- Tracking prices: If you search for flights using Google Flights, look for the “Track Prices” option above “Departing Flights”. See the screenshot of an example below.

PASSPORTS:

Check your passport to make sure it is valid all the way through your entire stay in Mexico, plus at least a week. Plans can change, flights get delayed, and you don’t want to be caught in a bind.
For example, if you plan on returning home on June 8th, when the immersion experience ends, ensure your passport is valid through at least June 15, 2026.
If you plan on traveling for longer, verify your passport will be valid for your return trip.
